i have noticed that in my add and remove filesi have my nvidia 175.19 driver and intel(R)82845 chipset driverdo I need them both or can i remove the intel (r) one if i do what will happen thanks mike
Just a wild guess here. Removing the Nvidia driver could mean your graphics won't function effectively (very slow). Removing the chipset driver could result in everything being slow or things not working e.g. USB.
One could be for Onboard Graphics other may be a AGP card that as been fitted
If you look at the back of the Computer system box, if you see two VGA sockets including the Monitor one then you have both
hi woodchip I only have one looks like i should leave it alonethought i was getting a conflict but looks like notplobalbe out come looks like i may need a better graphics card for what i want it forexcuse the langauge but bugger
If you only have one is the Monitor connected to Socket where all other plugs are at the back or into a removable strip on its own?If its where the other plugs are its most likely the Intel you should keep but if into a strip most likely be the nvidia
