I have an E-Machine using the Intel chip 810 AGP.
My grandson wants to play certain games on my machine whilst he stays with us.
Can I purchase a graphics card and just plug it in or do I need to play with jumpers etc?
I am using Win ME and DirectX Ver 9

like ßéŁâ says get a pci graphics card, put it in the top pci slot and disable the onboard graphics in device manager, have a search at Intels site as they have a good article which goes though step by step how to disable the onboard 810 when fitting a pci graphics card.
