installation problem

I am installing winxp on my computer and when the cd has finished coping files to the hard drive and restarted it says ntldr missing. then i try to copy it to the harddisk from the cd rom but still says that .but other operating system in able to install.the problem is with winxp& please if you can help me rectify this problem i will be grateful.thanks.

When your installing XP and when it keeps re booting do press any key to boot from cd when it appears?? If you do DON'T.

You only do that once at the beginning to actually boot from the XP CD after that just ignore that line what it appears. OK
