Install Script Problem

Hi everyone,
I am a member of Ancestry.co.uk and when i joined i downloaded their image viewer, which worked just fine. A while back i had to do a factory re-set on my computer. I hadn't been on the ancestry site for a while, but when i went on it today and tried to view some images, it said i needed to download the viewer again. Obviously the re-set i did had removed it. I told my anti virus/spyware to allow the download, but when it came to installing it i got the message " This download has failed to install, install script not found -204". I haven't a clue what this means or how to correct it. Any ideas please?
