inkjet cartridges and heat

I have a epson cx3600 and live in southern Spain. I have a problem with cartridges failing, I think due to the heat.Does anyone know of a company that makes cartridges that are not so affected by heat? The epson ones certainly are. I only have to not use the printer for a couple of days and its print output is terrible until I change a cartridge. Its costing me a fortune .

Have you tried the cleaning utility, with the heat in Spain the ink may dry out very quickly and neads to be flushed through more offten

Yes I have, thats why its costing a fortune in ink. There are countries far hotter then Spain, I wonder how they cope?
