Does anyone know how to completely remove Incredimail from Vista please.
I have registered with the Incredimail site but cannot see any item about removing their product.

Follow these instructions to the letter - you should then be completely free of Incredimail.

Using Revo ...

During the un-install process you may be asked if you want to re-start your computer, DO NOT re-start at this point, let Revo continue. You will eventually get the option to Select All and to Delete - DO SO. You will be given the same options a second time, again DO SO, do not be picky, just accept all that Revo chooses.
After clicking on Finish, re-start your computer.

Technotiger, thats very kind of you.

Technotiger, Well! I dunno...

We have installed Revo o.k. (on Vista laptop).
Incredimail was nowhere to be seen.
On doing a search from "Windows-Start" "Incredimail" the Incredimail mail window popped up.
On searching for "incr*" we can see "Incmail" in "C:\Program Files(x86\incredimail\Bin"
Have you any idea where we can go from here pse?

Maybe download Incredimail again and then use Revo Uninstaller to remove it.

buteman, thank you for the suggestion, that seems to have done the trick.

Glad you got it fixed.
If no further problems remember to tick the square and press resolved.
For others that use Incredimail downloading there latest update Emisoft Anti-Malware responded with a Trojan warning and on checking it does seem to be a Trojan and not a false positive.
Maybe best saving the Update and run your security programs on it before installing it.
