IE6 playing up and dialup not coming on

My dial up E-mail account on IE6 has started playing up.

The familiar dial up panel has stopped appearing, so now I have been getting online by desktop icon of the dialup and when connected activiating IE6.
If I activate IE6 first I get the 'Cannot find Server' message - logical really.
OK so that worked -for a bit
Now when I activiate the program then select 'Send and Recieve all'
I get both failed messages Pop3 and SMTP.
So I have deleted the account and re set a new one several times but still no joy?
So Where did the familiar Dial up panel go?
and why the repeated failures?

Taking into account your various other postings I suspect that you gave a nasty. I believe that I suggested before that you should post a HJTlog click here

If I am dreaming then I apologise.

You may need to post the log in two halves because of the 800 word limit. Also, please double-space it.
