IE 6 on XP home edition

I have windows XP home and one user has internet explorer 6, click on the E icon and your off, but with any other user when you click the E icon it takes you to a freeserve setup screen, and what baffles me is that on the user which has IE has Blueyonder and not freeserve. i have also tried goin to conrtol panel to setup a network, after it has completed it had said i was done and had a connection, bit still it came up with a freeserve setup screen (i have to alt + f4 to get rid off)

any ideas, thanks in adv.

Each user will have to configure IE to their preferences. For example, each will have their own Home page.
