I lost "Performance & Maintenance" from Windows XP

Hello experts !

I have a DELL Precision 370 PC with two Hard Drives of 500 GB and 4 GB of RAM, I have attached 4 21" CRT Monitors (with additional graphic cards).

The problem I have is that whenever I click on "Start" buttom and then "Control Panel" I can not see "Performance & Maintenance" option. It should appear there, I remember it used to appear but for some reason it does appear anymore. Most probably I accidentaly deleted it.

So... what can I do now ? is there any website from which I could download it for free ? is it that the "Perform & Maintanance" folder is hidding somewhere in my PC ?

Please help me.

Your insights and recommendations will be highly appreciated, thanks in advance, best, Antonio.
