When your problem has been answered and you tick the resolved box, it is only human to thank all who help you out. IE. You tick the box and then send a message, however doing this un-ticks the box and your problem then becomes still open?

Onc the tick is in the box you cannot remove it.

What I mean is if you tick the box and the send a message at the same time it is wiped out.

james55 - yes, it has to be two seperate actions: tick the box and then it will reload the page.

After that, you can type your message of thanks (no a mhalairt go chruinn).

Tick and click resolved, Q.E.D.

OK you regulars, you may know this but I am sure there are a few greenhorns like me out there who don't. I will tick the box after I have posted this response. Thanks to all.
