Does somebody know how to cancel an ERROR printing job from the printer's queue that doesnt want to get off so has therefore jammed my printer?
Restarting the system doesnt make the erroneus job to desapear... so I guess that there must be a file there somewhere... mmm.

Any clues?

Printer is a Lexmar Z22 and op sys WinXp.

If you have a purge print option, try that.

Edg, I presume that you have tried powering off the printer before you rebooted the puter. Have you tried "clicking" on the printer folder, and cancelling the print job or pausinfg the print job. Possibly pressing/holding the paper feed button on the printer, taking the paper out and pressing the paper feed button, this might cause the printer to either clear or create a new fault ie no paper.

Is there an article relating to purging the printer in the printer manual.
I think this is possible with most printers.
Have a look.
