I am unable to access my lineone email account

I have not been able to receive or sent emails on my lineone.net account since March 27. TalkTalk engineers have now washed their hands of the matter and told me to contact Lineone directly. I have had this email address for over 12 years. Now its as if it never existed. Can anyone help. I know people have been sending me emails but they are not bouncing back so they must be somewhere!

What happens exactly? Are you using an email program or do you instead use webmail via a web browser? Do you get any error messages? No one can help until you explain the problem better.

........and told me to contact Lineone directly.

LineOne are part of TalkTalk so that's a rubbish suggestion ;)

It's better to use the TalkTalk community to get problems solved, (the OCEs are talktalk staff) click here

If it's an email-client configuration problem then I can help with that.

However, it's likely to be an account issue but I was waiting for the OP's response before posting this link:

My email account stopped working on the 27th March.
