hp ipaQ 4150 "as new" is it OK?

hi all,on this website click here it shows it for £235 which is quite cheap up to some,but the only thing it says "as new",does this mean new or second hand,or both,or refurbed.also is it in retail packaging,becouse i have been saving for one and i don't wan't a second hand one,or if anyone knows cheaper?.cheers all.ben

Asd everywhere else the machine is £225 - £250 + vat

It is odd descibing it as 'as new' and then lower down saying

"This product is not a stocked item and will be ordered from the distributor when you place an order"

As Bela says the only way to answer your question is to ask Expansys
