HP Deskjet 5150- problem printing10x15cm paper

I am printing some photos on HP Premium Photopaper size
10x15sm. The paper has a tab at one end and I have inserted it in to my printer's feed tray as instructed. I have set the printer up for printing on 10x15cm borderless printing on 10x15cm tabbed paper. The images on my computer have already been sized to 10x15cm.

For some reason that I am unable to fathom the resultant prints are coming out longer than 15cm, in fact @15.8cm and so are printing over part of the tab.

Any ideas how I can correct this fault please

I'm not sure how the H/P works, but on my Epson I tick Borderless and also the fit to media box but the paper that I use doesn't have the tabs on. It maybe that the printer is reading the paper size with the tab included, but I think that very unlikely as it should print to the size specified.
