How to use excess memory

Owing to me replacing a duff memory strip whilst the original was tested and subsequently replaced (thanks komplett), I now have 1GB DDR memory on a Windows XP Home system - any suggestions on how to best put it to use or does XP manage memory quite well?

XP will handle 1GB very nicely, thank you.

It does not suffer from the 512 MB limit, like the W9x family.

If you don't believe me, I'll buy it for a tenner, and put it alongside my existing 512MB :)

I was just wondering whether ram drives and alike were worth considering!
