Hi,I've spent all day trying to clean up my computer. It's running really slow, restarts at will, and often Windows says there's not enough RAM to run other applications. I'm now fairly sure that spyware is causing this.Norton Anti-Virus 2004 found 11 entries that it could not delete:bdeengine2.dll (Kazaa-related)BDEimage.dll " "bdeplayer2.dll " "bdeviewer.exe " "cd_clint.dllISTactivex.dll (Trojan)npbdplay2.dlltoolbar.htmWorse still, neither Spybot, Adaware, nor Spyblaster could delete them. Which makes me think that they're all rubbish.I've tried to follow the instructions for unregistering these dlls (as found on iamnotageek.com), but can't get regsvr32.exe to run.At nervous-breakdown point, I've now found some dlls (bdeengine2.dll, BDEimage.dll, bdeplayer2.dll, bdeviewer.exe,cd_clint.dll) and thrown them in the recycle bin. However, the remaining three are invisible. Windows Explorer cannot find them. Please, please, I really need to get rid of all this junk. I'm running Windows ME, P4 1.4, with 128 RAM. Can anyone help at all?
Try the instructions on this site - click here
Try click hereI had a trojan that could not be detected by AVG, Adaware or Spybot and this sorted it effectively....and for free. (Scroll down on link for free version that doesn't protect but does get rid of)
