How to open Windows Explorer in specified folder

Hi,
Currently Windows XP Explorer opens in Explore Mode and defaults to open the My Documents folder.
Could anyone please tell me if there is a way that I can get Windows Explorer to default to another folder instead of My Documents when I open it. e.g. C:\, as was the case in Windows Me.

Sys. Spec. :
OPERATING SYSTEM Windows XP Home Edition (SP2)
CPU Intel Pentium 4 3.2GHz
MEMORY 512MB
HARD DISK 120GB

Right click the shortcut, select the Shortcut tab, in the Startin: box delete all but %HOMEDRIVE%

Danny,

Left click on windows explorer, select properties, then add /e, c: (make sure that you leave a spacce after explorer.exe and after e, in the target box.

Windows explorer will open c: displaying files and folder.

Target in properties will look as below

%SystemRoot%\explorer.exe /e, c:
