How do I put Iphone's MP3s' etc "ON TO the PC?

I've had an iphone 3gs for not long now, and i have learnt to do a bit of syncing off the laptop - which already had mp3/pics etc on it.

However, I have a newly formatted Desktop (windows 7 64bit) with itunes on, and want to transfer All my Iphone apps/MP3' etc to the PC but not sure what to do. When I select "sync" it only syncs my Iphone, but doesn't "get/transfer" my files to the PC.

Thank you:)

if you have an external HDD you can copy the I Tunes folder across to your new machine and then import it into the new I Tunes. Be aware you can only have 5 machines with the same account name. If you were to exceed this number at some future date, you would need to de-register one of your machines. You can then sync your phone with the new installation.

It will warn you that it is already synced with another machine but just ignore it.

Thanks dogtrack

I've only just found the "5 pc" limitation today, i currently have 4. Thanks for that
