How do I know what type of Graphics card?

I would be very grateful if some one could advise me on how I can find out what type of graphics card a PC uses (without having to open up the case, is this possible?).
I am using windows 95 31MB RAM 2.65 hard drive and 200Mhz processor.
I do not have DirectX installed and I am desperate to install the correct graphics driver.

You can download an utility called Sandra. It will tell you everything about your PC.
