How do I backup my Quick Launch taskbar Icons

  FatboySlim71 22:51 13 May 2006

I am running Windows XP Pro, I was wondering is it possible to backup the icons and the appearance of my quicklaunch taskbar, so that in the event of a system failure, I would know exactly what icons I had on it and also the appearance of the quicklaunch taskbar, then from there I could just restore/copy these back on to my PC.

right click on a bit of the quick launch, not on an icon!

Choose open folder. Copy the shortcuts to somewhere else as a backup.

Use Acronis True Image, it will backup everything on your computer.

Thanks all. I have went with SG Atlantis® advice, but any other advice/suggestions are welcome. Thanks again.
