I have picked up a virus I guess but I have run all the good spyware detectors and still have this problem. There are a bunch of sites and folders in my favorites which I cannot right click delete and I am getting po-ups. They are not salacious but just a pain. Does anybody know how to deal with it?

.

Have you tried the Delete button on the Organise Favourites option from the Favourites drop down menu?

Peter.

Use Windows Explorer look for C: drive and then the Documents and Settings folder. In each of the sub-folders there is a folder called "Favorites". Look at each of these in turn to find the entries you want to remove and delete from the folder.
