  amyjen7 12:55 26 Jan 2014

This morning I attempted to down load the most recent update to ITunes but an errors occurred which read “Windows Error 1114 R6034 C:/Programme Files/iTunes/iTunes exe. An application has made an attempt to load the C runtime library incorrectly please contact the application support team for more information” On rebooting my Pc a message reads “C:\windows\syetem32\cmd.exe could not be found iTunes was not installed correctly please reinstall” I hope this makes sense to someone and you can point me in the right direction to sort me out. I guess I will have to delete my current iTunes programme and reinstall but how do I do this without loosing all my music. I run Vista Home Premium. Thank you very much Keith
