How to Create a RamDisk and Speed up your Surf2

  david4637 20:19 16 Feb 2004

Can't add a response to the above existing subject so I have created the above new subject.
Herewith my comments -
1. Having read the above it does not appear to be for W98SE. If I am incorrect what do I do to install it?

2. Presumably the RAM disc uses some of your existing RAM (mine 64MB), therefore is there a minimum amount of RAM you should have before installing a RAM disc?
Thanks David

Lozzy, have you tried that program, i've just installed it and appears it's a monitor for RAM and Disk space, no option to create a RAMDISK though. unless im doing it wrong.

i already have the XP version up and running (following the original thread) but this new link to a win98 version appears to be a completely different type of program.
