HOW TO CONVERT FAT32 TO NTFS

I INSERTED MY USB DRIVE INTO MY LAPTOP OF WIN 7 WHICH I USALLY DO.BUT TWO DAYS BEFORE WHEN I INSERTED IT WIN 7 TOLD ME TO FIX THE PROBLEM.I DID IT.AFTER COMPLETING THE FIXING I FOUND IT EMPTY.BUT PROPERTIES SAYS 46% FILLED & 54% EMPTY.WHAT TO DO TO READ MY FILES?

  1. don't post in capitals it makes it hard to read and is considered as shouting.

  2. windows should be able to read Fat32 and NTFS converting will delete all the data on the drive.

What doe sthe stick show as in disc management is it RAW?

a program such as Recuva can probably retrieve the files - put then in a folder on your PC then reformat the USB drive and copy them back to USB.
