I had problems last Saturday to Monday , not being able to send/receive TT Webmail. After Monday it was back to normal. I must be one of the lucky ones. I am migrating when my contract is up next year.
Like I mentioned earlier, I was in contact with TalkTalk (at a senior level), and the excuses for the poor Webmail services were beyond believe, to the point I had to stop the person midflow on his speech. He had no answers to when or if the problems would be solved, except to repeat "Our technician's are working day and night on it"!.
