? This should have been given to you by your ISP.

Or have I not understood the problem?

Whoever set up your BB connection would have given or told you your user ID and password. Check your paperwork. If you can't find it, give them a ring. They will ask you a few questions which if you answer correctly, they will then give or email you a new password.

Have you tried that link I gave you, danny0001uk? It works on XP for dialup connections, it should also work for your BB connection. click here , but if it doesn't you'll have to, as pj123 said, find out the security question, and answer, that the person who set up the connection supplied to F2S. Then give F2S a ring.

You could try and call them Monday to Friday between 09:30 and 17:30 on 01727 811 530. Alternatively you can email them at [email protected] and they may able to give you some pointers.

I would just like to say thanks for that link. I was having a similar problem as danny0001uk, and that little utility worked perfectly for me (on xp and dial-up!). Many thanks,

Glad it helped, GroupFC, but I can't take the credit, someone posted that link a few days ago, I just took note of it at the time.

Looks like danny0001uk isn't going to tell us what cured the problem.
