How can I change vista english language to czech

Hu Chaps

I have a question. a czech mate of mine has told me to buy a laptop for him.

How can I change the vista menu in Czech? is that possible or need to buy a czech vista version?

is it possible to upgrade the english version to czech?

Thanks. I have downloaded the czech language, using windows updates, it download and it said

went to regional and language option

click install langauges

then I could not find the files or language pack? i

it's supposed to be in this directory

anybody has a clue what I am going wrong here?

Download it to the desktop - then you know where it is.

I have download that pack, put it on the desktop


went to regional and language option,click install langauges browse folders to desktop, it can recosgnise the file for some reason. I even downloaded a duplicate and put in name folder czech, and browse there, it still cannot see.

I can see the file in that folder with windows explorer!

no I am not? how do I Install this as administrator then? My username is administrator though.
