Hour Glass Appears

  Clonetrooper 22:05 28 Mar 2004

Every 2 minutes when my PC is 'at rest' the Hour-Glass/EggTimer icon appears for a second over my cursor and the hard disc clicks as if something is happening. Occurs when I'm on or off line. I cannot identify any running processes in XP that are causing this and all my AutoUpdate programmes are switched off. Virus and Spyware scans are clear.
