a few times recently have received instant message from my neice...with a link to see who has blocked you......even though she is not online at the time...
is this a virus??....have tried to change my password but keeps saying answer to secret question is incorrect....but i know it now finding it difficult to even change my password....any ideas on what to try next???

if i uninstalled windows live hotmail etc...and reinstalled it, would it affect my sons contacts lists etc....would they be deleted never to be found again or would we both have to get a new addy??

Run a thorough anti-virus and antispyware scan, SpywareTerminator or SuperAntispyware recommended (click here) - tell your neice to do the same.

No contacts will be lost by removing/re-installing Live Messenger. You can download the latest version at click here too
