hotbar trouble

  march 17:05 17 Nov 2004

somehow hotbar has installed on computer tried to remove it but it keeps coming back had a look at previous threads & dont want to use hotbars uninstall feature.
I dont know how to look for registry keys or I would try some of the advice from other threads.

tried to remove it from add/remove programs but it still reads as being there under 'outlook tools by hotbar' & 'web tools by hotbar'

in windows explorer I can see two folders 'hbinst' & 'hotbar' can I safely delete these & will this remove them from add/remove programs?

can someone please guide me through this?

I would try both of them. And keep them - you never know when you might need them.

Also SpywareBlaster to keep these things off in the first place click here

ok will do as you suggest,
just looked at files& folders & its back again downloaded at 16:42 only site I've been on is this one. what a pain!

kids have told me they have not downloaded it & say they never heard of it so I have no idea how it got here in first place.

thankyou for your help
will tick as resolved & post again if I need help
