home network for net connection

I have a linksys modemrouter attached to main pc, and a pc and laptop each with an adapter in them picking up the signal wirelessly. Do i need to make a home network to share the main pc's internet connection?

NO. This is what router designed for. You can swtich main PC if you do not use it.

right, ok thankyou for that. Do I need to create a home network if i want to use the main pc's printer from the laptop and also if i want to play 'network type' games?
