Why do you need a 64 bit processor?

an Ultra ATA/133 but without knowing the exact model I can't be sure.

The Athlon 64 will actually work with the forthcoming WindowsXP SP2 to provide you with enhanced virus protection.

It's available as 3500+ 3700+ 3800+ and to be honest I can't see why you might want to overclock it. The processor will run 64 bit and 32bit software simultaneously, so no worries there.

It sure beats me as to how the title of this thread
accurately describes the subject.
