help!! vista HP 64 bit wont install

  rickysayer 22:08 12 Nov 2008

built my first computer and tried to install vista HP 64 bit but when it comes to the bit- select the driver to be installed a window pops up saying - to install the device driver needed to access your hard drive(sata seagate), insert installation media containing the driver files and then click ok. I insert motherboard(gigabyte) cd but comes back saying no correct drivers. I have even tried using downloaded drivers from gigabytes website but still dosnt work. Anyone out there know where I can get this driver.

You need to transfer the SATA driver from the Gigabyte install disk to a floppy , and press f6 when asked to access the driver and load it .
