Hi, I have just added another e-mail account to my outlook 2002 prog. and I keep getting a window pop up with "Enter network password" I can't get rid of it unless I cancel it, and then it won't download my e-mail. I am running xp home. Any ideas on how to stop this please.....Thanks

Hi, I am afraid I don't know what you mean. I have a 3 Yahoo accounts, 2 of them are set up perfectly ok on outlook but the third one keeps coming up with this problem?....

Are you using the same password for all your accounts? this can sometimes cause a problem. Re setup the account and try a totally different password.

No Sorry changing the passwords didn't work.

In that case are you using the same email addresses? can you change your latest addition? If it's possible try changing both Email and password.

I looked on the Microsoft knowledgebase and there is an article that may be of use

Go to
http :// support.microsoft. com

And either search (under Outlook 2002 or by article number 281791) and they have a workround
