Help needed urgently!

I was on the internet yesterday and I clicked on a link from google. The link installed a Spyware program called Speed Blaster on my computer so I disconnected immediately and ran Spybot followed by Ad-Aware. (I do have Zone Alarm bu it wasn't running at the time - there's a lesson to be learnt there somewhere).
Between the two programs they only found one registry entry and deleted it.

When I searched for files created during that day I found several new files related to Speed Blaster and deleted them all.

Now when I start Windows (98SE) instead of just the programs in the forst list below running, (which I used to get) I now get several more running at the same time (listed further down).

Explorer (standard program)
Systray (standard program)
Osa9 (Microsoft Office startup)
Scanregw (standard program)
Rundll32 (standard program)
nvwiz (Nvidia startup task)

These are the additional tasks I now have running (found by pressing Ctrl+Alt+Delete during startup).

Rundll32 (a second version?!?)
Rnaapp (this is a standard Windows program but never ran at startup before)
unknown> (this is exactly how it appears in the list)

If anyone can help at all I would be grateful as I am now at a complete loss as to how to fix this problem.
