Help I'v have been Hijacked

Could any of you good people out there give some good advice.
When i start up my browser i always get anothere page which is not not my home page,so i ran ad-aware it came back with web browser been hijacked.Pluse when i want to get into my e-mail account with Yahoo it jumps to this bloody web page again.
I have run ad-aware a few times it keeps coming back with the same prob after i have deleted it from last time.I have tried running my virus scanner but no luck there both progs are upto date.I would be greatfull for your help.

What exactly does Adaware call this hijacker?

switch off system restore first, run shredder. switch restore back on and create a new restore point.

Also try running ad-aware in safe mode. This worked for me

If your running XP or ME simply do a restore.

If you do a restore virus /malware is still on the drive. Best to locate and destroy (delete).
