HELP Cant stop porn e-mails

Please help I keep getting uninvited pornographic e-mails and its driving me crackers.
I have Norton anti virus and Ad aware and have also tried message rules but nothing seems to work please please help

Check your ISP site they probably have a free spam blocker which you can load.

Also just report them to your ISP, forward the whole email as an attachment to [email protected]ever.

After doing this for a short while, I now get no spam at all.

You can also forward them to the ISP where they originated and/or report them to Spamcop click here there is a lot you can do to avoid getting Spam, you don't have to put up withit like billions of others.

Change your main mail address and only give it out to 'friends and family'.
I use Yahoo and Hotmail for all other contacts and they both have seperate folders for 'Spam'.
