I have a Athlon xp3200 barton processor, and was wondering about heatsinks, and whether i could get a better one that i already have~?

Hi, why do you want a better heatsink? Is your pc running too hot? If it is working ok, then I would advise - if it aint broke, don't fixit.

Well, after i have had it on for a while, it does keep crashing

and its been suggested that either i havent got a strong enough PSU or its getting to hot, so just exploring the possibilities

Before spending money and wasting your time I think it would be better to find out why it crashes, there can be many causes of this. Heat is just one. Does it crash when you're just on or does it take a while, is it only one program that causes it to crash? What OS do you have Windows XP? What is the make and model of your motherboard?
