Hdd wont work or be recognised in BIOS+diskmanager

I recently built a rig with trippel psu and it did not want to recognise my hdd. Did not show up in BIOS, also tried to enable the sata ports in BIOS. I tried with multiple motherboards and sata cables. Also tried with only one psu. I tried with multiple hdd's and now none of them work anymore! If there is any information you would need to know just comment and i'll reply. (I really need these disks to work, they are worth a lot!!)

Are the HDDs showing in diskmanagement when connected to another PC or when used in an external caddy?

Do they spin up is there any sign sof life from them? If not then you may have fried the HDDs ciruit boards.
