Only if your keyboard is working when the freeze happens.

Press the window key on your keyboard to show start menu, then navigate using the arrow keys on your keyboard and navigate to either log off or power off and hit enter, still using the arrows, select, and hit enter again.

My cordless mouse freezes/disappears from sight every now and then, and pressing alt,ctrl,delete does nothing, and the only way I can get back on track is to do the above.
