Hard Drive Instalation

I want to add a 40 gig hard drive to my computer as the one i have is only 1 Gig as this has all my running programs om I would like to keep it and run the 40 gGig as a slave is it easy My os is windows 98 and i have 64 memory

yeah it should be ok...just install the hard drive into your motherboard make sure the second drive is set to Slave (look on the back of the hard drive and relate to manual) once you boot up the PC and you go into Win 98 go to My Computer and the second hard drive should be there...good luck...no doubt more help will arrive..
