Hard drive Fit outside

Can I have my old hard drive fixed to the pc, without it going inside the pc?

Yes, have a look at the external caddies on Ebuyer. I have one that can be used with either a HDD or an optical drive.

Beware of the cheaper ones, i.e. read the comments made by purchasers.

I've just had a look at my Belkin on Amazon and they are doing it for £47.28 with free delivery.
