if yes then i heard that you can open the case and use the hard drive inside the pc?

Why would you want to do that if you can get an internal disk?

500Gb for less starting at £42 delivered click here

1Tb (1000Gb) for ~£60 click here

If you still want to go for Argos' external disk, please be aware it could have a SATA interface. Check if your motherboard has SATA connectors (the other type being ATA/IDE). If not, you won't be able to use it internally without some sort of adapter/add-on card, which will add to the cost. G

Sorry, my suggestions are SATA as well.

So let us know if you need an ATA / SATA hard drive. If you don't know, tell us your motherboard make & model. G
