I have XP on hd 0 (160 gb) suse and ubuntu on a secound Hd (40 gb) no problems.

Decided to give more space to Linux so secound drive now (160 Gb) split between suse and ubuntu

But i have to use a boot disc to get Xp running.
if i leave boot disk out grub works and and will boot suse not ubuntu dose not list the ubuntu.

If i swap the secound Hd for the smaller one with both linux on them Grub works fine XP Suse or Ubuntu.

Also i am have in a lot of problems with sound and flash on new drive but refrences to smaller drive show me nothing missing.

any ideas. Thanks

Did you use Auto superGrub? if so, boot into your windows partition and re write the partition data.
