Right click on desktop/properties/settings/advanced/adapter.

the chip that is there is that the one that u need to run games on the pc? as i need the specs of my grafix card to c what pc games i can run?

There is almost certainly only one graphics adapter in your PC and that will do everything, games and all. Following Kudu's advice should tell you what it is.

Windows XP is pretty good at identifying hardware components correctly.
