I have a MSI z87-G45 Motherboard that I just installed myself, when I plug in my my NVidia 740 Gt Graphics card it wont register at all, when I pull up the board explore it wont even recognize that its plugged in. When I start the computer with the card plugged in the integrated graphics wont work nor will the GPu but whn the card is out the integrated graphics work fine. Idk how to get my card to work. It worked on another motherboard just earlier today.

3 things to check, first, is it properly fitted? Probably as you have installed it another PC but worth double checking.

Second, power, is the PSU up to the task?

and last, BIOS, can you change the order of Graphics cards so it is looking for the PCIe slot first?

Having looked at the specs for motherboard and graphics card, it should work so not sure what else to suggest.
