"how do i find out how much it is".

You click on the "Find a local retailer" button and then speak to those retailers who are listed or look at their websites.

but what about the graphics card

Why not look at the Nvidia site and make your mind up? click here

It's OK for 2D work but underpowered for serious gaming.

Agree with brundle its no use for any of the newer games, it just wouldn't run them.
You need something like this click here and this is the minimum really for a gaming system, and its only a 7600GS graphics card which means that you would have to tone down some of the details in the latest games that require the most powerful graphics.
I have this card and its played everything so far as long as you keep the resolution down to a reasonable level and knock off some of the graphics options. Really of you're wanting a gaming machine you have to spend perhaps £750 for a complete system, thats including a monitor.
See the latest PCA magazine.
It would do for anything else but not games. And to be perfectly honest, bearing in mind its using Vista you'd be better off with another gig of memory.

If you are planning to become a Gamer, you'd better go to a specialist PC Builder.

As like it as not you'll get a more suitable PC at a relatively cheaper price.....

In other words: You'll get more Bang, for your Buck!

Dells are very good value & the best 'bang for your buck' you're likely to find click here.

In most cases, you can add a better graphics card to their systems without upgrading the PSU (ASK if in doubt), like my suggestion here in an earlier post of yours click here.

If you're on a budget (as it would appear from your other post), you can still get a capable-enough gaming PC as T-b suggests. G

Oops, just realised that this is the Beginners forum!

hi . need . help, adding a graphics card / memory are not difficult at all, & you can always ask us for help if needed (many free guides available on the web too). G
