Goback 3 Deluxe, Win XP and Multiple Drives

Using GoBack 3 Deluxe (fully updated).

When i was using it under Win98SE it protected my C, D and E Drives.

Under Windows XP it'll only protect the C Drive.

Any ideas why?

C Drive - 60 Gb Main Drive
D Drive - 1 Gb Swap File Drive
E Drive - 19 Gb Backup Drive

C Drive is One Physical Disk, D & E Drive is One Physical Disk partitioned into two disks.

Both are Seagate drives and working fine.

System Restore is OFF on ALL drives.

I couldn't find anything in the FAQs on the Symantec support site that directly relates to your problem although there are references to problems with partitioning tools.

Looking at the manual it seems that if you select 'Easy Install' then the software should detect your disks/partitions. If you select 'Custom Install' then you can select which disks/partitions to protect. Is it possible you didn't select the other disks when installing?

I seem to remember it only gave me the option to select the C Drive on setup.

Maybe next time it'll pick them all up.

Cheers.

Hmm maybe a reinstall of GB3 is needed.

I seem to remember some reason the last time i uninstalled it, it took 3 hours to remove the program though?
