Go into the Control Panel and then

  Giggle n' Bits 23:14 30 Sep 2004

into Add/Remove Programmes.

Look for Internet Explorer and if its there select this. Go to remove it and hopefully there will be an option to put a dot in to Repair Internet Explorer.

Do this and reboot.

Should this not fix things please call back and tell us which windows you are using 98 or ME or XP ?
