GMX email text

My daughter uses GMX mail. More often than not the text in her emails to me are partially corrupted. Generally the emails contain capital A letters (with a circumflex above each one)before and after sentences. Sometimes there are more than one capital A before and after sentences. How can this corruption be eliminated?

Thanks ton but I don't see anything in the forums about the problem I have mentioned. There possibly is something but there are so many issues that it is very difficult to find anything. From the looks of it GMX is an application well woth avoiding.

It is to do with the 'mail sending format' that your daughter is using to compose her emails on her computer.

In Outlook Express > Tools > Options > Send - 'Mail Sending Format' - 'HTML Settings' and 'Plain Text Settings'

There is some info on the Character Set in general use and why others appear corrupted click here
